1. Services

tonsiteweb Inc. is an agency specialized in designing websites, sales funnels and custom tools. The site presents our services and work, and allows you to book a consultation call. The specific terms of any mandate (scope, deliverables, price, timeline) are set out in a separate agreement entered into with each client.

2. Use of the site

By using the site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when contacting us or booking a call;
• Not disrupt the operation of the site, introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Not use the site for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms;
• Not systematically extract or reuse the site's content without our written authorization.

3. Intellectual property

The site and all of its content (text, visuals, logos, videos, graphic elements and code) are the property of tonsiteweb Inc. or its partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act (Canada).

Client projects shown on the site are displayed with the authorization of their owners, for the purpose of demonstrating our work. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

4. Booking calls

Booking a call through the site is free and without obligation. It does not create any contractual relationship: only a service agreement signed between you and tonsiteweb Inc. creates mutual obligations.

5. No warranty

The site's content is provided for information purposes only and "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Results presented (statistics, case studies, testimonials) are specific to each project and do not constitute a guarantee of equivalent results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, tonsiteweb Inc. cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws applicable in Quebec, including the Consumer Protection Act.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, including our clients' sites. These links are provided for reference; we have no control over these sites and disclaim any responsibility for their content or practices.
